The annual meeting of the members of the Overlook Water Cooperative, Inc., will be held at the Placitas Community Library located at 453 Highway 165, Placitas, New Mexico, on Monday, January 15, 2024, at 3:00 P.M.
The meeting is held to inform members of activities during the previous year, and to elect or re-elect members of the Board of Directors.
Board members are elected for two-year terms. Three seats of the five seats on the Board are open and are on the ballot.
Please download your ballot below. You may bring your ballot to the annual meeting as nominations will be accepted from the floor. If you are unable to attend, mail your ballot so it arrives in time for the meeting.
