As previously announced the annual meeting of the Overlook Homeowner’s Association will be held at the Placitas Community Library at 453 NM-165 on Sunday, February 18, 2024 at 2:00 pm.

The meeting is held to inform members of activities during the previous year and to elect or re-elect members to the Board of Directors (see candidates here).

Your ballot will be mailed to you.  You may submit your completed ballot in one of three way.

1. Bring it to the Annual Meeting, Sunday, February 18, 2024 at 2 pm.
2. Mail it to the Overlook Homeowner’s Association, PO Box 332, Placitas, NM 87043 by February14, 2024.
3. Email a legible, scanned copy or photocopy of the ballot to coxandkatz@q.com by February  15, 2024.
