1. Acceptance of Minutes Previous Board Meeting
2. Consideration of proposal for participation in group of Placitas HOAs in effort to influence Sandoval County decisions
3. Discussion of potential candidates to fill vacant Board Position
4. Use of HOA members to water OLHOA front entrance – had 4 last year – Also need to work out details for using Miron’s water as after 1st year previous agreement no longer works.
5. Review of complaint regarding stupas along mostly Overlook Drive.
6. Consideration of community clean up day.
7. Review of proposed New Owner Welcome Information (sent out prior to meeting)
8. New Business or suggestions for upcoming Board Meeting agendas.
