Status of Block 1 fencing
- Review – Poling built fence w/ understanding residents on Parajo Azul would maintain it. J Quick has restained and maintained fence adjacent to her property. Walker’s have no fence line. Fence has not been maintained in area between Walker and Quick. Recommend removal of unmaintained fence.
Annual Meeting will have Zoom capabilities available. Information on Overlook website for connections.
- Recommend that OLHOA members wishing to use this resource let Mark Montoya know in advance (via email?) so a schedule can be established for linking in.
The absence of website utilization and subsequent use of mailings suggests higher budget expense for mailings!
All ballots will require Block and Lot number for verification.

Recommendation that we schedule Annual Meeting in February rather than January to ease demands on Board through Christmas and New Year Disruptions.
