  Handling violations of CC&Rs/Bylaws
  Handling piñon tree cutting if owners don’t respond
  Need to view all of Overlook streets for horse droppings
  Small group/sections of HOA
  Assign responsibilities/Board members for bylaw changes
  Need recommendations for potential Board member(s). Should also announce at Board meeting if any HOA Members attend open meeting.
  How to proceed on late dues.
