Call to order, verify having a quorum.

Motion to approve start of meeting, with move to 2nd that motion.

Approval of prior meeting’s minutes, motion with 2nd.

Meeting Objective(s):   Review events since last meeting and do short and mid term look ahead

Financials (led by Treasurer and Bookkeeper)

• Got $10k from sale of 2 lots touching Ranchos (they are no-build buffer)
• All past due ‘excess water’ bills are paid?
• Resolution in place for homeowner we gave bad meter read to

Old Business

• Operator’s Apr and May submittals.
• Work since Apr meeting
  – Hydrant testing results
  – Teardown of old N pump, findings, and plan
  – Order of chlorine tank, W1 larger panel and W2 breaker

New Business

• Plans
  Fire hydrant:
  – no more effort on non-pumped hydrants, return test kit to SCFR
  – work to get pump going
• New PRV near 124 Overlook
  – Raising rates or levy
