There are two upcoming meetings in January of 2023.  Both will be held at the Placitas Community Library.

The first meeting is a Board Meeting which will take place on Wednesday, January 18 at 6pm. All homeowners are welcome.

The second meeting is our Annual Meeting on Sunday, January 29 from 1 pm – 3 pm.  The Water Board meeting will follow directly after.

This will include:

  • Elections for the Homeowner’s Board

  • Two bylaw amendments will be on the agenda

  • The annual Water Board Meeting will follow the HOA annual meeting.
