Materials estimate including a meter would run in the neighborhood of $350 – $400.  Previous Board’s estimate for labor and materials was approximately $1500.\nWe still have a tabled consideration for signage or some alternative for the blind entrance of Black Bear Point Rd and Overlook.\nUpdate on Treasurer’s report and status of dues collection.\nUpdate on lots 13A-D.  This is Poling’s property that a good part of the OLHOA has been unaware of and is now in escrow.  It is in the lower part of the OLHOA and is being purchased by San Antonio De La Huertas Land Grant located at  00 Camino De La Buena Vista\, Placitas\, New Mexico 87043.\nAddition of a replacement Board Member
